Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery within Malaysia. For international orders, kindly email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you with shipping options.
When will my order ship out?
Orders will be processed for shipping within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
Purchases made during launches or festive periods might be subjected to a longer processing time.
Please note that all duties and taxes imposed will be at the customer's expense.
When will I receive my order?
Items are generally delivered within 3 - 7 business days of it shipping out, depending on your location.
In the event the delivery of your package was missed and is reverted back to Evermine, the shipping charges to resend the package to your address is to be borne by the customer.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
At Evermine, we pour our hearts into each piece and want you to love it too. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for an exchange.
We do not provide refunds, only exchange of items. Kindly find the exchange policy below.
Our policy lasts 3 days after receiving your parcel. If 3 days have gone by since receiving your parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Size exchange is subject to availability. Kindly note that items exchanged can only be made for the same design, unless stated otherwise. If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to give you store credit instead.

All purchases made at Evermine pop-up events are final and non-exchangeable/refundable.
To return your product, please contact email@example.com and we will provide you with our return shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To ensure safe delivery, all exchange items must be sent using a courier service with tracking information. Evermine Brands will not be liable for any loss of exchange items in transit.
Evermine has the rights to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.
